TICKET and PAsses INFORMATION
We love choice and have created a number of options for the 2024 festival to best suit your needs.
Is there a DAYPASS option?
You rrreeeaaaallllyyyy want to join us for LUCENT but are unable to stay the night. We have created a special SATURDAY ONLY ticket that does NOT include camping or Sunday morning festivities. Hopefully you can at least stay for 1 cheeky S'more.
Adult SaturDAY Pass = DOES NOT include Camping OR Sunday festivities/Brekky
InBetweener (Age 7-16yrs) SaturDAY Pass = DOES NOT include Camping OR Sunday festivities/Brekky
SaturDAY NO CLASS Pass - Includes opening ceremony class, access to our forest market + live music, potluck but no other scheduled activities.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Tickets are non-refundable BUT if you cannot make it, then you can absolutely transfer your ticket to someone else. Be in touch and inform us of the change in details ASAP in the form below.
Can I come alone or just with friends? Heck yes. We will be your family for the weekend. Enjoy some solo time + meet new people to add to your favourites list.
Bringing kids? All children are welcome regardless of age. (Under 6 and over 65 are FREE!) We love wee peeps and think it is super important for them to be immersed in Nature, surrounded by great people and lots of love.
Volunteers will be supporting the event and providing lots of fun activities for the little ones.
Kids Yoga classes / Face painting / Arts + Crafts / Outdoor games / Scavenger hunt + more.
A gentle reminder to please be responsible for your offspring + encourage them to be kind, happy, grateful beings!
CAMPING + ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Camping = Please note that this is a BYOT (bring your own tent kinda deal), we DO NOT rent tents or bedding. ALL occupants MUST have a festival ticket. Sorry, NO large trailers are permitted BUT car /van camping and smaller trailers (under 15 ft) are welcome.
When can I set up my Campsite? We will be opening the property on Friday, August 9th after 6:00pm.
First come, first serve will be the name of the game. Know that there are NO electrical plugins but there is water on site.
Are there washroom facilities? Yes, outhouses, porta - loos. NO shower access, we got a swimming pond.
SCHEDULING and ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION
Where is the event located?
Our event this year is being hosted at Star 6 Ranch, in Exshaw Alberta. We will be sending out specific directions and maps upon ticket registration. Please ensure that you read ALL communication from us from now until the day of our festival to avoid getting lost of missing any information.
When do the festivities/classes begin + finish?
Live music and connection will take place on Friday night, all scheduled activities will commence at 8:00am Saturday + end at 12:00pm Sunday.
The schedule of weekend events
will be announced on our website and social media.
COMMUNITY POTLUCK MEAL
Over the years this has been one of the most favoured things about our festival.
Bring a dish to share for the Saturday evening potluck if you are interested in eating as a community. Otherwise, you are welcome to opt out of course. BBQ is onsite for anyone who needs it.

Food and snacks. Nom nom nom. You must bring your own food, snacks etc. Please be aware that we are in food items will need to be stored appropriately in your vehicles or there will be limited access to fridges. This is an eco-friendly event, leave no trace and pack out what you pack in. Do your best to limit the waste and bring reusable items.
Alcoholic beverages.
Are permitted BUT will NOT be for purchase on-site, please BYO and stay responsible at ALL times.
What can I bring to the event? Here are some of our favourite things...
Camping + sleeping gear (flashlight / headlamp = important)
Food + Bev supplies (Avoid glass if possible OR be extremely careful not to break it on site)
WATER WATER WATER - the water onsite is non - potable (cannot drink) please do not bring single use plastic bottles, but instead jugs to save waste.
If you like coffee/tea, bring a mug as we will have coffee for sale (no takeaway cups will be provided)
Electric Charging Bank

Yoga Mat / towel
Picnic blanket / lawn / camp chairs / Hammock
Musical Instruments if you want to jam with the bands
No matter what the forecast is – BRING WARM AND WATERPROOF CLOTHES (nights can get quite cold)
